cupcakes spectacular 2008..!




dalam rangka ikutan Cupcakes Spectacular nya Arfi( http://homemades.blogspot.com/2008/02/announcing-cupcakes-spectacular-2008.html), aku mulai buka2 kumpulan majalah cupcakesku..akhirnya dgn penuh pertimbangan ( ceileeee.....!)aku putusin buat bikin cupcakes ini. Ide diambil dr buku cupcakes nya women's weekly.
jadilah daku buat project ini..."Choco Tower Cupcakes"
cupcakes nya aku pake resep simple butter cake yg aku modifikasi sendiri dgn menggunakan sisa2 bahan yg ada..Jadi aku ksh nama sendiri aja lagi..Choco Almond Butter cake.

Choco Almond Butter Cake:
bahan :
120gr butter
150gr caster sugar
2 btr telur + 1 kuning telur
150 tepung
50 almond bubuk
1st baking powder
100cc susu segar
100 ganache + 1sm butter --> cairkan

cara :
1. butter n gula di mixer sampe pucat n mengembang.
2. masukkan telur satu per satu..mixer rata pd setiap butir telur yg masuk.
3. setelah semua telur masuk, matikan mixer, masukkan terigu, baking powder dan susu secara bergantian, aduk rata.
4. terakhir masukkan ganache cair, aduk rata.
5. tuang ke dlm paper cup..isi 3/4nya.
6. panggang.
Toffee tower..
225 gr gula
125 ml air

cara :
1. gula + air dicairkan diatas kompor
2. setelah gula cair, kecilkan api, didihkan terus campuran gula tanpa diaduk..
3. setlah gula berubah warna menjadi golden brown, matikan api
4. biarkan sampai gelembung2nya hilang.
5. Tofee siap digunakan.

membuat towernya :
1 dgn menggunakan belakang sendok, kucurkan tofee diatas loyang yg sdh dialas dgn baking paper.
2. dinginkan sampai suhu ruang. Lepaskan dr baking papernya dan lgs hias diatas cup cakes.
English Version:
Chocolate Almond Butter Cake:
Ingredients :
120gr butter
150gr caster sugar
2 eggs+ 1 yolk
150g Flour
50g almond powder
1tsp baking powder
100cc milk
100 ganache + 1tbs butter --> melted

cara :
1. butter + sugar mix until pale n fluffy.
2. add egg one at a time, mix well each addition.
3. add flour,almond powder,baking powder and milk,mix well.
4. add melted ganache.
5. Fill in the paper cup 3/4 full only
6. bake

Toffee tower..
225 gr sugar
125 ml water

cara :
1. Bring Sugar n water to boil, stir well until the sugar dissolved
2. reduce the heat, simmer uncovered until the sugar turn into Golden Brown colour
3. remove from the heat n let the bubble subside.
4. using the back of the wooden spoon make a 'tower" on the baking paper.
2. let it cool in room temperature. take off from the baking paper n decorated on the cupcakes immediately.

mewahhhh, klu cup nya pake cupcake momma lebih ok lagi ya atau pake cup yang warna hitam biar lebih kontras.
jadi tambah keder deh aku :P
